Air management

Aircraft management, on purpose, in small numbers.

Charter is our business. Management is a service we provide for a limited number of owner aircraft so we can do it properly — the same at-cost invoicing and disclosed fees we apply on the water.

Scope

What management covers

Crew

Pilot and crew management

Recruiting, type-rating and recurrent training schedules, duty and rest tracking, payroll administration, and cabin crew where the aircraft warrants it.

Compliance

Regulatory and insurance

FAA airworthiness records, Part 91 or Part 135 placement, insurance placement and renewals, and international operating permits.

Technical

Maintenance oversight

Inspection scheduling, MRO selection and quote comparison, AOG response, and squawk tracking — with invoices passed through at cost like everything else we do.

Revenue

Charter placement

Optional revenue flying on your aircraft with published revenue splits, block-out dates you control, and per-trip profit and loss.

Fees

Monthly retainer, nothing hidden

Management retainers run $9,500 to $18,000 per month depending on aircraft class, crew count, and whether the aircraft is on a charter certificate. Every third-party invoice — MRO, fuel, handling, training — passes through at cost with the original document attached.

  • No markup on fuel, handling, or maintenance
  • Volume fuel program pricing credited to the owner, not retained
  • Monthly statement with budget vs actual by category
  • Charter revenue split published before you sign

Owners fly more when booking is easy

Your aircraft on the same booking desk

Managed aircraft appear in our booking platform alongside the charter fleet, so your own trips are requested the same way a client requests one — and the concierge, transfers, and catering are attached automatically.
