Charters

Charter programs run like a business, not a favor.

For guests: a crewed yacht, a custom itinerary, and a concierge who has already booked the table. For owners: real charter revenue, honest cost accounting, and a booking pipeline you can see.

Signature itineraries

Every route is a starting point, never a package

Cruising grounds run from Fort Lauderdale and Miami through the Florida Keys and across to the Bahamas. Tell us the days you have and who is aboard; we build the rest around that.

8 hours · Miami

Biscayne Day

Miami Beach sandbars, Stiltsville, and Key Biscayne with a chef lunch aboard and water toys in the water by 11am.

2 days · Fort Lauderdale to Islamorada

Keys Overnight

Down the inside route with a sunset anchorage, backcountry flats fishing at first light, and dinner ashore.

4 – 5 days · Fort Lauderdale to Key West

Florida Keys Passage

Islamorada, Marathon, and the Lower Keys, ending at the Key West Historic Seaport with Duval Street dining arranged.

7 days · Bimini, Berry Islands, Exumas

Bahamas Crossing

Customs handled in advance, fuel and provisioning planned around the weather window, not the brochure.

For owners

20% central-agent commission, and we show you the math

We act as central agent at a standard 20% commission, and 10% – 12% retail when we sell another agent's vessel. Every charter is reconciled in Boat-Bridge with its own profit and loss: gross charter fee, commission, crew gratuity handling, fuel and provisioning at cost, and the wear allowance charged against your maintenance budget.

  • Marketing to retail brokers, crewed-yacht networks, and our own guest list
  • Contracts, MYBA-style terms, APA handling, and deposit escrow
  • Guest vetting and a written charter-suitability review before we list the boat
  • Damage documentation before and after every charter, with photographs
  • Honest advice on whether your vessel should charter at all

Reference day rates

What the market pays

40' – 50' sportfish / flybridge$1,700 – $4,500 per day
55' – 70' motor yacht$4,500 – $9,000 per day
70' – 90' crewed yacht$9,000 – $18,000 per day
100'+ superyacht$15,000+ per day, weekly terms typical

South Florida reference ranges before fuel, provisioning, gratuity, and dockage. Peak season, holidays, and Bahamas crossings price above these figures.

Tell us about the trip

Guests start here. Give us the dates, the departure point, and who is aboard — we come back the same business day with vessel options and all-in pricing, nothing bundled.

Charter with us, or charter your vessel

Guests: tell us the dates, the group, and the mood. Owners: we will model the realistic charter revenue for your vessel before you commit to a program.
