Why it saves money
Documented work is work you only pay for once
Every job carries a dated record and the invoice that paid for it, so duplicate service stops being billable and month-end becomes a confirmation instead of a discovery.
What we do
One company for the boat, the bookings, and the weekend
Management is the core. Charter, concierge, and events exist because the same operation already knows the vessel, the crew hours, and the calendar.
Management
Captain and crew management, weekly onsite integrity checks, USCG and OSHA compliance, and elite vendor access at VIP rates — passed through at cost.

The underserved segment
Most yachts under 70 feet have no full-time crew — and no real management either.
A 55' to 70' vessel rarely justifies a permanent captain, so it gets managed by whoever is free that week. Nothing is logged, small failures compound, and the boat's value quietly erodes. Our Watch and Steward tiers were built specifically for this range.
- Weekly or twice-weekly onsite checks with timestamped photo reports
- Preventive schedule driven by engine and genset hours
- Part-time captain sourcing, scheduling, and payroll administration
- A complete service history you can hand a buyer or a surveyor
