Ark & Air — Sacred Sea and Sky

Fort Lauderdale · Miami · Florida Keys · Bahamas · Yacht management, charter, concierge

The lead

The 50-to-70-foot yacht is the most poorly managed asset in South Florida.

It rarely justifies a permanent captain, so it gets looked after by whoever is free that week. Nothing is logged. Small failures compound quietly. By the time a surveyor finds them, the owner is paying twice.

Ark & Air runs these vessels the way a well-crewed 120-footer is run: scheduled onsite checks with timestamped photo reports, a preventive schedule driven by engine hours, and every vendor invoice passed through at cost and attached to the job it paid for.

Charter, concierge, and events sit in the same operation — because the people booking the weekend already know the crew hours and the maintenance calendar.

The underserved segment

Most yachts under 70 feet have no full-time crew — and no real management either.

A 55' to 70' vessel rarely justifies a permanent captain, so it gets managed by whoever is free that week. Nothing is logged, small failures compound, and the boat's value quietly erodes. Our Watch and Steward tiers were built specifically for this range.

  • Weekly or twice-weekly onsite checks with timestamped photo reports
  • Preventive schedule driven by engine and genset hours
  • Part-time captain sourcing, scheduling, and payroll administration
  • A complete service history you can hand a buyer or a surveyor

Boat-Bridge

The software owners actually open in the marina parking lot

One screen shows what the boat needs, what it costs, and what was already done. No training, no email threads, no calling four vendors for a status.

Tour Boat-Bridge →
  • Two-tap work order approvals with the quote and photos on the same screen
  • At-cost vendor invoices attached to the job they paid for
  • Crew certification, medical, and visa expiry alerts in advance
  • Budget vs actual that updates as invoices land, not at month end
